  2. Passport main page that is valid for at least 3 years
  3. Photo with blue background (collared shirt or coat)
  4. Sdn Bhd or Berhad company registration form 9, 24, 49 or super form section 14, 15, 17

Question 6, How long does it take to apply?

Malaysia authority will approve application in about 14 days, then Virtual APEC Business Travel Card will be issued. Each country will then approve the application by stages, generally it takes 2~3 months for all 19 countries/economies to approve.
